P190-6659 is a high solids, 2K® HS Plus Express Clearcoat for application over single or multistage waterborne basecoats. A versatile product for a general panel repair work. P190-6659 has been designed for use in two modes, standard one visit application, where 1 light/medium flowing coat is followed by a full coat with no flash-off between coats, or a 2 coat application.

P190-6659  - 2K® HS Plus clearcoat - express

P190-6659 is a fast-drying two-component express acrylic clearcoat with high solids. It can be used for small repairs and on rigid plastics without the need for a flexibiliser. When applied to 1 to 3 panels, the booth drying time at 60°C is typically 15 minutes.

For application on a single panel or for spot repairs, it also offers a Super Express option with booth drying for 10 minutes at 60°C. To achieve the best final appearance, the 15-minute method is recommended.

P190-6659 can be applied in two ways: standard application of two coats with flash-off between coats, and the "single-visit" method, where 1 light / medium coat is immediately overcoated with a full coat without flash-off.
