BFAD | Film Abrasive Discs

Superior performance discs designed to meet abrasive stages of the repair process. The Bodyline Film abrasive discs are for mattening and paint rectification of top- and clear coat applications. They have 42 holes for preparation of blend panels in 800/1000 grits. The 1500 grit used as part of the polishing process, has no holes to limit the introduction of pigtails in the paint surface.

  • They have a special stearate layer and a smooth film backing
  • The product has a high quality finish and lasts longer as it doesn’t clog as easily as traditional products
  • They produce a fine scratch pattern that is easy to polish out. For a perfect result, it is recommended to use them with a 5 mm interface pad
  • Developed for dry sanding only
  • Available in 2 sizes:
    • 125mm with a 42 Hole and 0 Hole configurations
    • 150mm with 42 Hole and 0 Hole configurations
